Real Estate Department

The Real Estate Department is engaged in providing ongoing legal counsel in all aspects of real estate in large scale projects, as well as in real estate transactions.

The Real Estate department's activities include drafting agreements in the private, commercial and agricultural sectors, TAMA transactions, dealing with the Israel Land Authority, including ownership purchasing according to the Reform in the Israel Land Authority.

Our firm represents well known insurance companies in Israel, such as “Ayalon” and “Menora”, which insure lawyers in professional liability policies, in handling cases of professional negligence claims against insured lawyers.

Our Firm represents companies and individuals before government and municipal authorities, and assists its clients in planning and construction procedures etc.

Corporate Department

The corporate commercial department handles ongoing legal counsel of private and public companies in a variety of fields of practice. The Firm's represents clients in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, finance and derivatives, licensing, antitrust as well as wide variety of agreements and services such as distribution and marketing agreements, production, employment, loan, liens, trusts, liquidations, investment, joint-ventures, Conducting due diligence, advising and assisting the activities of the Board of Directors, preparing legal opinions on issues from various legal fields, etc.

Our clients include prominent commercial bodies in the Israeli economy, private companies, public companies, start-ups, as well as various associations and private individuals. The clients of the commercial department include worldwide major international corporations.
