Advocate Guy Noff holds a bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) and bachelor's degree in business administration (B.A.) from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzeliya.

 

Adv. Noff specializes in civil law and civil-commercial litigation of large scopes, including all varieties and fields thereof. In this respect, Adv. Noff represented and is representing the Office's clients before all instance in complex litigation cases of large monetary scopes on diverse commercial matters, including deed law, contract law, corporate law, communication law, defamation, tort claims, winding-ups and receiverships, banking law and guarantees, administrative law and appearances before the court, other legal tribunals and arbitrations. In addition, Advocate Noff provides routine legal advice to commercial bodies that are among the Office's clients, including large entrepreneurship and contracting bodies, service providers, large real estate holding companies, as well as large communication bodies.

 

In this respect, Adv. Noff engages in representation of his clients in administration of negotiations for reaching commercial agreements of great scope and significance in various commercial fields. Adv. Noff also served, in the past, as a member of the junior academic staff at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law and the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzeliya. Between 1998 and 1999, Adv. Noff served as an intern at Prof. Yuval Levi & Co. Law Office. Then, Adv. Noff  served as an associate at Dr. Y. Segev & Co. Law Office, until leaving the office in September 2003. In September 2003, Adv. Noff, along with Advocate Cassouto, established Cassouto-Noff & Co. Law Office
